1. SHIPPING COUNTRIES AND AREAS.
Nowadays, Komoday provides shipping services only to the continental US.
We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Long Islands, APO, or FPO.
2. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,
shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are
subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Komoday.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
komoday.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

The Products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual, during the Warranty Period.

There is no guarantee that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error free.
Damages arising from non-compliance with the instructions related to the use of the Product are excluded.

2. REMEDIES
If a product or hardware defect is found within the Warranty Period, the Product will be either (1) replaced, or (2) refunded, depending on your rights under local laws.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If you have purchased the Product from KOMODAY, to obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, in its original packaging or similar packaging providing an equal degree of Product protection, to the address specified by KOMODAY, KOMODAY provides free shipping.
For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, KOMODAY may require you to present proofs or proof of purchase and / or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. 4. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Unless otherwise applicable under local laws, the legal warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Alterations or modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-KOMODAY Products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by KOMODAY or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of KOMODAY.
It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that the data, software or other materials in the equipment will be lost or reformatted during the service process.
No KOMODAY reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this legal warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Except as prohibited by laws, the after-sales services shall be limited to the country or region of the original purchase.
To extent applicable under local laws, Products which were not duly imported and/or were not duly manufactured by KOMODAY and/or were not duly acquired from KOMODAY or a KOMODAY’s official seller are not covered by the legal warranty. As per applicable law you may benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer who sold the Product. Therefore, KOMODAY invites you to contact the seller from whom you purchased the Product.
5. IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) will have a limited duration up to a maximum duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation will not be applied in these cases.
